3. Power of Attorney and Compliance Requirements

Upon signing up for our services, you are required to sign our power of attorney and other necessary documentation to ensure all parties stay compliant with relevant state and federal regulations. This documentation is essential for filings4u to act on your behalf regarding filings, registrations, and other service-related activities.

Failure to provide accurate or complete information may result in delays or issues with your filings, registrations, or compliance-related activities. Additional charges may apply for extra services or for each additional truck or trailer in connection with our services. Payment is due at the time of the service request; all additional fees are due when the client receives the invoice.
